The call for papers and presentations for the 2008 International Conference is now available!
Attendees
The 2008 International Conference Announcement is now available here. This announcement contains a slew of information for the conference as well as remarks from many of the SAWE International officers.
Conference Registration - Attendees will need to register in two places. The first is for the conference itself via the SAWE Online Store. The online store does not yet have the ability to accept registration for the 2008 conference, so please check back soon.
Hotel Registration - Attendees will also need to register at the Seattle Renaissance Hotel using a special reduced rate code that can be found in the back of the conference announcement.
Classes - Seattle SAWE has a large number of classes scheduled for the conference. The list of available classes and the teachers involved will be available shortly.
Events - The Event Committee has been hard at work trying to bring you the best events possible during your short time here in Seattle. A list of events is available on our Events webpage, so be sure to check those out as there is a lot to offer!
The conference program is not yet available for download. When available, this program can be printed off ahead of time and will be supplemented daily during the conference via a flyer that will be delivered to your room every morning.
Interactive Maps
If the above map does not show waypoints or map controls and you are using Internet Explorer, please follow the following directions:
Click "Tools" > "Internet Options."
Click the "Security" tab.
Select the "Trusted sites" icon, and click the "Sites" button.
Un-check the box "Require server verification for all sites in this zone."
In the "Add this Web site to the zone:" text box, type "maps.google.com" (without quotes) and click "Add."
Repeat step five for "local.google.com," "www.google.com," and "*.google.com."
Click OK, then click OK again to save your changes.
